"I was born and raised in Houston and grew up near the Heights. My dad and I used to go goose hunting in the rice fields of the Katy Prairie long before The Solana at Cinco Ranch was envisioned. I spent 10 years in the Texas Medical Center taking care of children, adults and seniors, was a hospital administrator and a health care consultant. The last 15 years I have served as Executive Director for several exceptional senior living companies. I am excited to join The Arbor Company and to have the opportunity to be part of the new and dynamic community of The Solana at Cinco Ranch."

"I am a native Houstonian and am currently raising 2 teenagers in the Katy area. After a successful 20 year career in Real Estate, I was looking for a better way to be service and that is through the service of seniors. I have had the opportunity to be in senior care as a Director of Community Relations and now with The Solana as Director of Hospitality. I?look forward to bringing “delight” to the lives at the Solana."

“I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Texas in 1987. My family and I chose Katy for its small town feel and convenience to city life in Houston. Before joining the Solana, I held an accounting and HR position for a local laboratory, but found a passion for senior through volunteering teaching and performing clogging at local communities. One of the greatest benefits of working in Senior Living is the relationships formed with residents. I look forward to many years at the Solana and serving the community with passion and care."

“I have lived in Houston for most of my life and started my Senior Living career over 19 years ago with American Retirement Corporation.  Before coming to the Solana, I held positions such as Restaurant Manager and Assistant Dining Service Director for other local senior living communities.  I first joined the Solana as Assistant Dining Director in 2010 and am excited to now serve as Dining Director.  I am very happy to be a part of this dynamic team and look forward to providing the most delightful dining experience through exceptional customer service to you and your family!”

"I was born and raised on a farm in upstate New York. I grew up shoveling snow and tossing hay bales. I have lived in many places across the United States including Hawaii. We moved to the Houston area in 1986 and have been here ever since. I have 2 boys and 2 daughters-in-law and they have blessed me with 3 wonderful grandchildren. I have been a senior living engagement director for the past 8 years and I%u2008absolutely LOVE it! I%u2008have a passion for our senior friends and am so excited to be a member of The Solana team. "I’m a native Texan, having lived in different areas in Texas, and moved back to the Houston area in 2001. I have worked in the senior care industry for the past 15 years. I have served as resident care director for several exceptional senior living companies. I am married and the mother of 2 teenagers, we actively participate in band, color guard, and football. I am excited to be a part the Arbor family, where I personally feel like everyone is treated like family."

"I was born and raised in North Shore, Texas. I worked for Houston Lighting &%u2008Power for 6 years and for Brown and Root for 15 years and then transitioned to work for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. After I%u2008retired from the Texas Department of Justice, I began providing maintenance for senior living communities. My wife and I have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. We both enjoy working and helping those in need. During the first months of my position with The Solana, I%u2008feel as though I was able to quickly form relationships with the residents and my co-workers. I hope to continue to serve the residents and fellow workers at The Solana and let them know that I%u2008am always available to provide peace of mind and security."
