At the Solana Terrace we offer levels of care to ensure that residents receive individualized assistance. Our Director of Wellness, a Registered Nurse, determines the appropriate level of care for each resident by completing a comprehensive assessment of each resident's individual abilities and needs. These assessments are reviewed quarterly or as a resident's condition changes so that a resident's need and staff assistance are always aligned.

SOLANA LIVING
All residents receive Solana Living services & amenities:

• Choice of a variety of spacious floor plans with kitchenettes including granite countertops, designer cabinets, refrigerator and sink.
• All utilities except personal telephone and cable TV
• Three nutritious, chef-prepared meals served in our beautiful Lantana Dining Room, plus snacks available throughout the day
• State-of-the-art emergency call system
• Twenty-four hour access to professional staff
• Access to the Solana Terrace's Wellness Program, supervised by a licensed nurse
• A variety of stimulating activities and social events led by a full time Director of Lifestyle
• Scheduled medical appointment and shopping transportation
• Weekly housekeeping and laundering of bed and bath linens
• Routine upkeep and maintenance of grounds, common areas and apartments

Within each care level, we customize care to help each resident maintain his or her highest level of independence and ability. Because no two residents are the same, the following descriptions provide only general guidelines.

SOLANA SUPPORTIVE LIVING (now included in base rent)
Designed for those who need minimal to moderate assistance with the essential activities of daily living such as bathing and grooming.

SOLANA ENHANCED LIVING
Designed for those who need moderate to full assistance with many activities of daily living, as well as limited assistance with reminders and social support. This level does not include continence management.

SOLANA COMPREHENSIVE LIVING
Designed for those who need full assistance with most activities of daily living and greater assistance with reminders or social support. This level includes continence management and medication management.
